
“Accepts feedback positively”
I’ve seen this on my clinical assessment far too many times over the three week attachment in April and I wonder what contributes to it.
Some people say “yes” or “okay” when hearing suggestions/feedbacks, but they don’t actually reflect upon it. The mere answer would stop further questioning and actually give us a good impression, but do we actually think of the person’s suggestion? Or were we just too adamant on our own methods that we fail to consider other ways that may actually be useful/correct?
